Two (2) Chiropractic Tables in support of the Fargo VA HCS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-01 11/12/2024. This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSBs The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. SBA small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6515 Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies.

Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fargo VA Health Care System 2101 Elm St N Fargo, ND 58102 has a requirement for the procurement of 2 Name Brand or Equal Lloyd Galaxy Chiropractic Tables. The potential contractor must be able to supply all the items listed on the Schedule of Supplies and Statement of Work. This requirement is Brand-Name or Equal, No Gray Goods accepted. Potential contractor must provide a letter from the OEM stating offeror s firm is one of the authorized distributors of the OEM.
