AWARD NOTICE FOR PROJECT# 656-341 "LEGAL EXPERT" The base period of performance shall begin at the date of award and run until a verdict is rendered, which is anticipated to be two years or less from the date of award. The period of performance may be extended if mutually agreed by the VA and consultant if determined to be necessary.

The purpose of this SOW is for the retention of subject matter expert for damages and delay claims analysis for litigation and mediation for the VA pending litigation currently before the CBCA Hernandez Consulting & Construction, v. VA, CBCA 8214 in reference to Project 656-341 ( Project ) under Contract 36C26319C0196, Expand/Construct Outpatient Mental Health at the St. Cloud Veterans Affairs Healthcare Center, located at 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303 (SCHCS). Any, and all work to be performed shall be on behalf of SCHCS, through the Office of General Counsel attorney identified above.
