Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to American College of Surgeons; NAICS Code 611710, Education Support Services, with a size standard of $24.0 Million will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to field-specific accrediting services of the requirement.

There are no other national accrediting bodies or organizational structures that consolidate the salient characteristics for this requirement. The ACS-COC is the national standard and represents a singular market for this specific requirement. No solicitation will be issued.
