Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to GE Precision Healthcare; NAICS Code 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $34.0 Million will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to specific proprietary components of the requirement. Proprietary components include FDA-approved software and components. No solicitation will be issued.

A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
