Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to The University of Iowa; NAICS Code 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, with a size standard of $19.0 Million will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to specific local testing requirements. Proprietary testing includes infectious disease testing performed using specific testing algorithms and meeting epidemiological requirements.
