This solicitation is issued for the purpose of conducting market research to identify potential sources for a potential procurement (one Base Year starting 9/8/2024 with three Option Years possible) for all labor, transportation, parts, and expertise necessary to provide preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, technical support, and software updates of the Hamilton Robotics Liquid Handler equipment at the Iowa City VA Healthcare System (draft Statement of Work available upon request): STARlet instrument with 8 1 mL channels 1 iSWAP 1 Autoload 1 CO-RE Grippers 1 MPE 1 HHS2 1 CORE-I HW This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation.

This is not a request for proposals (RFP) or quotation (RFQ). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this Sources Sought notice.
