This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.  This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 / 01/17/2025.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561410, with a small business size standard of $19 Million Dollars.  The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Transcription Services for the Phoenix VA Medical Center located in Phoenix, Arizona.  All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov.

Questions must be received no later than March 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM PST (Arizona Time). No further questions will be accepted after that date and time.  All offers must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.  SCHEDULE: All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the following: VA Phoenix Healthcare System (VASDHS) currently has a requirement for a non-personal services order to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, management, labor, tools, facilities, software, transportation, communication, and all other necessary elements required for the satisfactory performance of the project titled Off-Site Medical Transcription Services, for all facilities located within the VISN 18 Veteran Affairs network.
