Contractor shall sign clause 852.219-75 VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING-CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION (JAN 2023) (DEVIATION) pg.25 Offerors shall submit all documentation under Section E; failure to provide an required documents and acknowledgement of all amendents will result in the offer to not be acceptable and will not be evaluated. Offers will be redacted from all contractor information during the technical evaluation; ensure there is no company logo background in the documents submitted.
