This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and is a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set aside for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26224Q1635 The Department of Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System, Long Beach, CA 90822 has a requirement for an ultra-low temp freezer. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at The VA San Diego Healthcare System located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Shipping included in cost.

For those items that are or equal , a description of the salient characteristics are outlined below. The FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract.
