Remove the Small Business Set Aside restrictions and solicit as Unrestricted, Full Open Competition in the Open Market and Extend the solicitation due date to Tuesday August 27, 2024, by 12:00PM PST. Submit written offers with spec-sheets of proposed items in accordance with the following instructions, as well as Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted.
