The required services are to be performed for the Long Beach VA Healthcare System within Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 22. This requirement is planned for a Base and 4 Option year contract. Based on the results of market research, an electronic solicitation may be issued on or about 05/01/2024 at https://sam.gov. General Requirements: The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform all work. The Contractor is required to have completed current safety training and provide certifications for the following:

Superintendent: 30-hours Construction Safety course.

Tradesmen: Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-hour Construction Safety training The Contractor shall wear all OSHA regulated and VHA Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide maintenance services for software and equipment within the LHA Long Beach Mailroom, Building 1. Software:
