16236 Intent to Sole Source: The Government intends to make a sole award firm-fixed-price contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-2 Only One Source in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The requirement is for DATA COLLECTIONS.

The Contractor shall furnish all qualified personnel, labor, facilities, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to update and provide further database development, data processing, data management, and data analysis services for the dataset supporting a number of CESAMH-funded projects including Marine Resiliency Study I and II, Tinnitus Study, and CONTE study at the San Diego VA Medical Center.
