Bleed Control Kits

This amendment is intended to answer questions received about RFQ 36C26224Q0585. Has your agency ever acquired this before? No The line items are corrected as follows:

Each individual kit must contain: Zippered pouch to contain all other items in the Individual Bleed Control Kit red or orange for visibility Nitril gloves no less than 1 pair EMT/Bandage sheers between 7 and 8 inches in overall length, stainless steel construction Tourniquet, Limb Non-Pneumatic as recommended by the CoTCCC*  S- Rolled or compressed gauze bandage, sterile at least 3 inches wide and at least 4 yards long Gauze hemostatic dressing as recommended by the CoTCCC* Chest seal no less than 1 package of 2, brand name or equal to HyFin Vent Chest Seal High strength pressure bandage at least 4 inches wide  *CoTCCC Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care last updated DEC 15, 2021 (see attachment) AND 25 EMS rescue bags.

The intent of each EMS rescue bag is to transport 5 kits. No additional contents are required in/with the EMS rescue bags. All other requirements and due dates for this solicitation remain unchanged.
