General Requirements: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, has a requirement for critical dialysis medical supplies to provide dialysis therapy on veterans with both chronic and acute kidney failures in B-500 (outpatient, inpatient, acute TX in ICU) and B-213 (outpatient).
