The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract (base year and four option years) to Gary Tarasovsky. Gary Tarasovsky has been the sole designer, data manager and consultant of a database system, VA recruitment and data management (REDCap) which will need continued management and programming for the remainder of the study s timeline. Gary Tarasovsky has in-depth knowledge about system s programming, the study teams needs regarding data fidelity and application, and has several years in providing VA-compliant data storage solutions and capabilities.

Period of Performance (POP): 5/20/2026 5/19/2031 plus four option years. (Estimated) A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Capability Statement Please answer the following questions when responding: What is your company s Socioeconomic Status? (ex: small business, large business, SDVOSB, etc.) Provide System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Ability and experience in managing this same type of requirement. Include general information and technical background describing your firm's experience on contracts requiring similar efforts to meet the program objectives.
