NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), McClellan Park, Ca, 95652, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus four option year contract for weekly servicing, maintaining, programming, and commissioning of the Building Management System (BMS). Provider must be Johnson Controls Institute certified and have full access to Metasys system monitors, communicates, and controls critical equipment and components, to include Life Safety equipment Applicable authority, FAP Part 813.106-1(b)

Simplified Acquisition Procedures: Soliciting from a Single Source.

Applicable NAICS: 423720, Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Due to the continuation of need it has been determined that these services are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements.

The Government intends to award the contract on or around December 30th, 2024, to JOHNSON CONTROLS BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS, LLC, 2101 GAITHER RD STE 400, ROCKVILLE MD 20850 5. UEI # G15SWMLGAX81, Cage Code: 3GZH7. Estimated Period of performance: February 01st, 2025 to January 31st, 2030. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
