Arxium Pharmacy Optifill Preventative Maintenance Base + 1

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to ARxIUM, Inc. Under Statutory Authority U.S.C. 253(c)(1), the Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement negotiation with ARxIUM, Inc., for a Service Contract Agreement to provide 24/7 technical support and service maintenance for all ARxIUM equipment that is located within the VA Pacific Island Health Care System (VAPIHCS).

The total estimated value of this contract is not to exceed $250,873.88 for a base year and one (1) one-year options with a period of performance from 10/01/2024 09/30/2025 for the base year. The above authority is cited, and justification is made based on the determination that the Government's minimum needs can best be satisfied by services available from one source. This announcement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1.

Other persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement by September 23, 2024, 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interest received on or before September 23, 2024, 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received as a result of this Notice of Intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Vendors must show they are an authorized to perform these services. Failure to provide this information will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered a viable source.
