Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pro-Aim Optime Complete Service

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, located 855 M Street Suite 400, Fresno, CA 93721 is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to execute a Sole Source Award under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), specifically FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source.
