Medbridge Subscription

This is a notice of intent to sole source a contract under the authority of FAR 13.106- 1(b)(2), only one source being available to meet the Government s need. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 513210: Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $47.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is 7A21: IT and Telecom Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software).

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for the Medbridge Subscription to Medbridge, INC, 10900 NE 4TH ST, STE 2300, Bellevue, WA 98004-5882. There are no other sources of supply/service that will satisfy agency requirements to Medbridge, INC is the only vendor that can provide the requested Medbridge Subscription. There were no other companies that were identified that can meet this requirement. The VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21) is seeking to establish the following:

The response will be considered by the agency. If you are not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), you must submit an authorized distributor letter signed by the OEM.

If you are not the OEM and a small business, you must indicate in your response how you will comply with limitations on subcontracting and/or the non-manufacturer rule. Responses should be submitted to Alex Hernandez at Alex.Hernandez@va.gov no later than August 16, 2024 at 15:30pm PT to be considered. If no responses are received, the Government will continue with its sole source procurement, and a sole source Request for Quote will be published to contract opportunities in accordance with FAR 5.102
