Notice of Intent - Modification to Increase IDIQ Ceiling

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to Award a Sole Source Modification for a Ceiling Increase under Contract 36C26121D0017. The Government intends to issue a sole source modification to Hale Ho Aloha Inc per Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The modification will increase the ceiling of the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract 36C26121D0017 from $6,999,999.00 to $10,700,000.00 to permit additional Community Nursing Home services to eligible veterans in the area. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
