This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430, with a small business size standard of $15 Million. This NAICS code is subject is not subject to a waiver. The VA Portland Healthcare System, Vancouver Division intends to procure software, licensing, warranty and full-time operator for existing V-Armed Immersive Virtual Reality (VR) Training System. Service Location: VA Portland Healthcare System Vancouver Division 1601 E. Fourth Plain Boulevard Building 14 Vancouver, WA 98661 Period of Performance: 10/01/2025 – 09/30/2026 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
