Diesel Power Forklift Specifications Required: RFQ 36C26025Q0729 open market, small business set aside, Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Diesel forklift. The last day for questions regarding RFQ 36C26025Q0729 is 08/06/2025 at 9:00 AM Pacific Standard time. RFQ 36C26025Q0729 closes on 08/07/2025 at 10:00 AM Pacific Standard time.

All offers must be a small business IAW the size standards listed under NAICS code 333924. All quotes must be emailed to with an official quote in company letterhead and a brochure to show what your company is offering.

If your company has never done business with the department of Veteran affairs before, please set up your account via Customer Engagement Portal The facility does not have the capacity to lift the forklift off the loading dock so the delivery truck MUST be able to lower the forklift to the ground. The award will be made to a small business who provides the best overall price while meeting all requested salient characteristics.
