Boise VA Medical Center Research Services is seeking a vendor to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for two Eppendorf epMotion automated pipetting systems. The instruments were acquired to aid in the high throughput screening of Covid-19 samples isolated from patients. After the expiration of the purchase warranty the instruments have been covered under Eppendorf PremiumCare Service Agreements. The manufacturer of the instrument requires that all services be provided by authorized factory certified Eppendorf trained staff. (see attchement 36C26025Q0671)
