RQI Simulation Stations

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for RQI Training Carts, Brand Name or Equal, for the Puget Sound VA Medical Center as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26025Q0317 and is attached.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated 01/03/2025 This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Businesses and the associated NAICS Code 339112 has a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees. The business has been verified for ownership and control pursuant to 38 CFR 74 and is so listed as a SB in the SBA search tool under NAICS code 339112 (Dynamic Small Business Search).

Delivery 60 Days ARO Service Location: Puget Sound VA Medical Center 1660 South Columbian Way Seattle, WA 98108-1532 Award will be based upon price only in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
