The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) (Only One Source), intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price one (1) year contract to provide Preventative Maintenance Services on Draeger Anesthesia Equipment for the VISN 20 sites; Boise VA Medical Center (Boise, ID), Eugene Health Care Clinic (Eugene, OR), Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center (Spokane, WA) Portland VA Medical Center (Portland, OR), Puget Sound VA Healthcare System (Includes Puget Sound VA Medical Center Seattle, WA and American Lake VA Medical Center Lakewood, WA), and Roseburg VA Medical Center (Roseburg, OR) with Draeger DBA Draeger Medical, Inc. NAICS 811210 applies.

This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide the critical Preventative Maintenance Services equal to OEM Draeger DBA Draeger Medical, Inc.
