MIM Cardiac Software module

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS), Seattle, WA 98108 intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to MIM Software, 25800 Science Park Drive, Suite 180, Cleveland, OH 44122. This proposed action is for MIM software upgrades including support. This software is designed to streamline nuclear medicine workflows and diagnoses at the VAPSHCS. This will be a firm-fixed price contract, base plus four (4) option years.

Estimated Period of Performance will be 09/20/2024 09/19/2029. The VA intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.303-2 and FAR 13.501. This is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued; however any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Office.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses are due by 09/12/2024, 3:00pm MST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, dated 08/29/2024. The North America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 513210 Software Publishers.
