The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Healthcare Administration wants to thank you for submitting your quote in response to the referenced solicitation. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 25 (Foreign Acquisitions) and the solicitation procedures, this notice is to inform Quoters that RFQ 36C26024Q0914 is cancelled in its entirety due to Buy American Act (BAA) terms not being met by responsive quoters. This requirement did not meet the TAA dollar threshold nor did it meet the World Trade Organization dollar threshold.  We sincerely appreciate your interest in working with us and thank you for your time and effort.Â
