Sterrad NX Sterilizer Maintenance

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for sterilizer preventative maintenance for the VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS) as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C260-22-Q-0713 and is attached.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 dated 05/22/2024. This solicitation is to be solicited unrestricted and the associated NAICS Code 811210 has a small business size standard of $34M. Period of Performance will be a base plus four option years.

The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
