Legionella/SPS Water Surveillance Testing

The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, facilities, transportation and resources necessary to collect water samples, pack, and ship samples to an authorized CDC Elite certified Lab to perform Legionella Water Surveillance Testing in accordance with all State, Federal, Local and OSHA Regulations for the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service, VA Spokane Health Care System, 4815 North Assembly Street, Spokane WA. 99205. This is a firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance consists of a Base Year and Four Option Years. (Dates may be adjusted at time of award)
