THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The intended contract type if a firm-fixed price contract.
There is not an SBA Non-Manufacturer Rule Class waiver in effect for this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following in support of the VA Portland Health Care System (VAPORHCS): VAPORHCS has a need for licensed software for diagnostic viewing Brand Name or Equal to the MIM Encore Suite for management and post processing of PET and Nuclear Medicine studies. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20 is looking for sources of the following:
Quantity Part # Item 4 MIM-EN-CC MIM Encore Single User, Concurrent License 1 MIM-SM-CC MIM SurePlan MRT Includes implementation and licensing fees for one camera Licensing for additional cameras will incur a camera fee (CMF) Single User, Concurrent (floating) License 1 MIM-SP-CC MIM SurePlan Liver Y90 Single User, Concurrent License 1 MIM-SSSTSU MIM Storage Server License The Assistant Software License Only 1 MIM-NP-AD MIMneuro Add-On Single User, License must be added to an existing License 1 MIM-SQ-AD SPECTRA Quant 1 IMP-NM MIM Implementation Services includes (as required); Initial Workflow customization for up to 30 NM exams Excel worksheet conversion into MIM Initial custom quantitative workflows for NM exams Assistant configuration with auto processing of NM exams SPECT Recon and/or SPECTRA Quant Implementation and Customization 4 INS MIM Installation - One day (up to 10 hours per day) of MIM software installation, DICOM / network connectivity and/or application training.
General Requirements: Vendor to provide software license to VA Portland HCS Biomedical Equipment Support Specialist. License shall be either made available on VA Approved website, via encrypted email or shipped to VA Portland. Vendor shall provide Support and Upgrades at no additional cost for the first year following installation. Vendor shall assist in activation of Software License as needed. Support shall be available between 0800 and 1800 Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated supplies at a fair and reasonable price are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Jennifer Robles at jennifer.robles1@va.gov no later than January 19, 2023, 5PM EST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company name, address, SAM UEI and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; whether supply/services are presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract or any other federal contract.
