Two Door Roll-In Commercial Refrigerator, VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics Health Center – White City, Oregon (VA SORCC) Veterans Affairs THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement.

The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method and any possible socio-economic set-aside. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following supply items:

Delivery Location: Supply Chain Management Bldg. 225A Warehouse VA SORCC 8495 Crater Lake Hwy. White City, OR 97503 MUST HAVE ACCESSORIES OR OPTIONS: Must be self-closing doors (when opened less than 110 degrees). INSTALLATION INFO Must be freestanding. DIMENSIONS Must be two-sections, self-contained, Maximum height: 84 inches, Maximum width: 70 inches, Minimum storage: 74 cubic feet, must accommodate two pan racks (industry standard size of 27” x 29” x 66” for pan racks), top mounted compressor.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS Must have Refrigerator Warranty: Minimum 3-year parts and labor. Must have Compressor Warranty: Minimum of a 5-year warranty. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS Must have temperature Range: 34-38 degrees F; Certified by NSF Int.; Easy-to-use temperature control system. POWER NEEDS Must have Plug type: NEMA 5-15P; Minimum compressor horsepower: ½ HP. TECHNOLOGY NEEDS Must be capable of temperatures in the range of 34-38 degrees Fahrenheit. MATERIAL and COLOR Must be:

The Government is accepting industry comment on the notice. Comments may or may not be incorporated, at the discretion of the Government.
