PROCUREMENT TITLE:

Anesthesia Machine Maintenance INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 19), 6162 S. Willow Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, intends to award one (1) purchase order on a sole source basis, to DATEX-OHMEDA, INC., dba GE Healthcare, for Anesthesia Machine Maintenance Services.

BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION: The Western Colorado Health Care System (WCHCS) located at 2121 North Ave, Grand Junction CO, 81501 has a requirement for Anesthesia Machine Maintenance Services of the VA s Engineering Services Office at WCHCS.

NAICS: 8111210 Electric and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services, $34 Million PSC: J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies AUTHORITY: This procurement will be issued under the authority of RFO Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.

INTERESTED PARTIES: THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement as described in the attached Statement of Work no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s needs as stated above.

Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. Responses to this notice are to be sent to crystal.volmar@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
