Description: Invasive Blood Pressure Modules This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY in support of the Eastern Colorado Health Care System. Due 1/02/2026 at 14:00. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing.

The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to conduct market research and make informed acquisition decisions, as well as to identify potential qualified vendors interested in and capable of providing a quote. Interested Vendors, please advise of 1) business size, and 2) Place of Manufacture for the Equipment 3) point of contact information.

To be considered as a small business for this scope the size standard for NAICS Code 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing is 800 Employees. [ ] yes [ ] no - Does not exceed 500 employees; NAICS 339113 must be verifiable thru the System for Award Management). If yes, how many employees?

[ ] yes [ ] no - Is primarily engaged in the retail or wholesale trade and normally sells the type of item being supplied; [ ] yes [ ] no - Takes ownership or possession of the item(s) with its personnel, equipment or facilities in a manner consistent with industry practice (identify how this occurs); and [ ] yes [ ] no - Will supply the end item of a small business manufacturer, processor or producer made in the United States or obtains a waiver of such requirement pursuant to paragraph (b)(5) CFR 121.406.

The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

Information is to be submitted by electronic delivery to eric.adusei@va.gov with the subject line SOURCES SOUGHT and shall be received no later than 14:00 AM Mountain standard time (EST) on Friday January 02nd, 2026. After reviewing the responses to this announcement, the Government may proceed with the acquisition and a subsequent solicitation may be published.
