This amendment corrects Attachment D.5 by removing the VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting – Certificate of Compliance for Supplies and Products and replacing it with VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting – Certificate of Compliance for Services and Construction. This update ensures offerors have the correct certification requirement. All other solicitation terms remain unchanged.
