In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the Business, Abbott Laboratories, Inc., 100 Abbott Park Rd CP1-4, DEPT 0943, Abbott Park, Illinois, 60064-6095: ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 Viewmate Multi Ultrasound System 1 EA 0002 SP5-1s Phased Transducer 1 EA 0003 L9-3s Linear Transducer 1 EA The Rocky Mountain Regional VAMC requires an ultrasound system console that will be able to utilize the direct integration of intracardiac echocardiography feature that the EnSite X System is receiving in an upcoming update.

Abbott Laboratories, Inc., as the manufacturer, is the only business that is authorized to distribute this unit at this time. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 339112 and the Business Size Standard is 1,000 Employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Wednesday, September 17th, 2025. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.
