This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation.  The deadline for all questions is 9/11/25 at 1:00pm Mountain Time.

All questions must be submitted via email to Christopher.delauro@vas.gov. Quotes are to be provided to Christopher.delauro@va.gov no later than 1:00 pm Mountain time on 9/15/25. Methods of delivery other than email will not be accepted. Emailed quotes must not exceed 4MB in size per email. Offerors bear the burden of ensuring that all portions of the offer (and any authorized amendments) reach the designated office before the deadline specified in the solicitation.

This RFQ shall be completed in its entirety, and signed and dated, failure shall not be considered for award. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C25925Q0799.

The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.   This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 effective June 11th, 2025. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 750 EMP.

This solicitation is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB concerns. The Eastern Oklahoma Veterans Administration Health Care System needs a Brand Name Only purchase of two Integrated Power Console (IPC) Systems with ENT Handpieces that will be used to perform sinus surgery on Veterans at the Jack C. Montgomery VAMC in Muskogee, OK. The current systems are at end of life and need to be replaced.
