The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111-5152 is soliciting quotations for an SB total set-aside for the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Salt Lake City, UT - Mini Hydraulic Excavator as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). Please review all attachments for this requirement. All solicitation questions shall be emailed to Thomas Parsons, Contract Specialist, e-mail: thomas.parsons2@va.gov.
Solicitation question(s) submission shall be received not later than 12:00pm CST on August 29, 2025.  Late submissions will not be accepted. All quotations and supporting documents shall be sent via email to Thomas Parsons, Contract Specialist, e-mail: thomas.parsons2@va.gov. Submission shall be received not later than 12:00pm CST on September 5, 2025.  Late submissions will not be accepted. Only e-mailed quotes will be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the Governments timely receipt of their quote and that the 52.225-2 BUY AMERICAN CERTIFICATE (OCT 2022) is completed and signed when submitting offers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations and technical statements/documents are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ).
