Warming Cabinets Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) (Brief Scope of Work) Purpose Currently, the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Health Care System (herein after referred to as OKC VAHCS) Surgery Service requires three Steris AMSCO Warming Cabinets for Surgery Service for replacement, used for surgeries in the OR.
