The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 19, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, intends to award a firm-fixed-price award to Datax-Ohmeda Inc. 3030 Ohmeda Drive, Madison, Wisconsin 53718-6704 for the procurement of GE Carescape Respiratory Module Parts Kit for the George E. Wahlen VA Medical Center with Datax - Ohmeda Inc. in accordance with 41 U.S.C. §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
