REQUIREMENT: Otometrics Portable Audiometers In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)/ 8.405-6(a)(1), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the large business Natus Medical Incorporated, located at 3150 Pleasant View Road, Middleton, WI 53562: AuDX PRO FLEX Diagnostic (DX) Tympanometry, DX, DP and DX Audiometry 25901 1 EA SENTIERO ACSRY BOX AB05 8-69-44510 1 EA ACSRY BOX ETIPS OAE,TYMP 8-69-44508 1 EA Monaural PIEP Insert for Contralateral Reflex 8-75-86501 1 EA The Otometrics diagnostic Tympanometers portable audiometers provided by Natus Medical Incorporated as the sole distributors within North America, is required due to integration with existing Otosuite software at medical center.
The equipment is also proprietary to Natus Medical Incorporated. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334515 Instrument Manufacturing and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals with a size standard of 750 Employees. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time.
Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirement for the estimated period of performance. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award.
The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of the response due date. Responses are due by April 14, 2025, 10:00 AM (MST). All responses shall be submitted via e-mail to ricky.smith4@va.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted. The estimated receipt of order is within 30 days after Award
