Rather, this requisition will replace the ScriptPro Eyecon Model 9430. A response must address all six of the below requirements. The deadline is 3:00pm Mountain Standard Time, Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Contractor will have capacity to deliver equipment and install equipment to both Fort Harrison and Billings Pharmacies, as set forth in the contract.
LONG-TERM REQUIREMENT While responses are expected to show evidence of compatibility, responses cannot seek to propose new solutions seeking to change long-term plans already implemented with ScriptPro equipment, storage, and software, with which the Eyecon model 9430 replacement must interface. OTHER REQUIREMENTS The Eyecon model 9430 replacement must be compliant with ScriptPro automation robots. The replacement must allow Pharmacy to scan the ScriptPro barcodes on medication bottles.
The replacement must be able to interface with the ScriptPro Inventory Management System (SIMS) used by Fort Harrison and Billings pharmacies and other departments. The replacement must have compliant software with ScriptPro to ensure error messages for both miscounts and wrong products display, based on the scanning of the barcode labels. The replacement will link the inventory count with the McKesson Connect Wholesaler System already used in hospital facilities.
ScriptPro reports that as the OEM, it is the only source for maintenance/updates, or modifications and upgrades to our system(s). RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS Information received in response to this notice must: Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 3:00pm Mountain Standard Time, Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Responders must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above.
Must support claims by including any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.
IMPORTANT: THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Responses to this notice are to be sent to jason.lawrence3@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
