Becton Dickinson (BD) Biosciences is the sole manufacturer of the FACSLyric Flow Cytometry System including the interfacing software and licenses, FACSLink. FACSLink software is proprietary to BD. FACSLink is the only software compatible with the FACSLyric analyzer. BD is also the sole provider of support and maintenance for the FACSLink software. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334516 and the Business Size Standard is 1000 employees.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:30 PM Central Standard Time, Friday, February 28th, 2025. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above.
