Notice of Intent to Sole Source OSMO1 Osmometer Maintenance Services Advanced Instruments, LLC

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the large business manufacturer, Advanced Instruments, LLC., located at 2 Technology Way, Ste. 288, Norwood, MA 02062: CLIN Description of Service Quantity Unit 0001 Preventative Maintenance for Laboratory Osmometer Base Year: November 17, 2023, through November 16, 2024 1 Year 1001 Preventative Maintenance for Laboratory Osmometer Option Year 1: November 17, 2024, through November 16, 2025 1 Year 2001 Preventative Maintenance for Laboratory Osmometer Option Year 2: November 17, 2025, through November 16, 2026 1 Year 3001 Preventative Maintenance for Laboratory Osmometer Option Year 3: November 17, 2026, through November 16, 2027 1 Year 4001 Preventative Maintenance for Laboratory Osmometer Option Year 4: November 17, 2027, through November 16, 2028 1 Year The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center requires preventative maintenance for one (1) Government-owned OSMO 1 osmometer.

Maintenance services are provided solely by the certified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Advanced Instruments, LLC. Maintenance is required to maintain warranty on the equipment and is proprietary to the OEM. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 9:00 AM Mountain Time, Thursday, October 24, 2024. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.

Responses to this notice are to be sent to Karly.Morris@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
