Provision and Installation of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)

** Quotes are to be provided to stephanie.cahill@va.gov no later than 3:00pm MST, November 7th, 2024. Extended from 11/5/2024 Quotes shall not be hand carried. Faxed quotes shall not be accepted. Emailed quotes are the only method of submitted quotes (4MB email limit). The Government reserves the right to make award solely on initial Quotes received. Offerors bear the burden of ensuring that all portions of the offer (and any authorized amendments) reach the designated office before the deadline specified in the solicitation. This RFQ shall be completed in its entirety, and signed and dated, failure shall not be considered for award.

Q&A: Are any dates/times for delivery restrictions and preferred hours for work Work hours: M-F from 06:00 am-4:00 pm no Federal Holidays. If needed to work outside hours, please schedule 24 hours in advance. Delivery hours and location: Deliveries will have to go through gate 2 which is located on Kipling and Center Ave. Gate hours of operation: 0530-1800, M-F. Anything outside of hours of operation will have to be scheduled with Federal Protective Services.

The equipment will be delivered to building 53, dock number is S2. Deliveries will have to be coordinate with COR to ensure access to space is properly arranged. Please provide drawings/ schematics for entire room, to include Length x Width x Height VH107 (TR Closet) The width is 12' 6" and the length is 22', height 15.6 feet.

Please provide drawings/ schematics for electric room to include measurements Length x Width x Height               Telecom room at 12'6" and VH 106 (labeled as "electrical" furthest from the reception) is 8' 7" long and 15.6 feet high.
