Description

As published on SAM.gov.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111-5152 is soliciting quotations for Small Business (SB) total set-aside for CCURE PACS and CCTV License and Maintenance Services for the VHA Member Services IAW the PWS. Please review all attachments for this requirement. All solicitation questions shall be emailed to Jim Lewis, Contract Specialist, e-mail: james.lewis114fbb@va.gov.

Solicitation question(s) submission shall be received not later than 2:00pm MST on December 20, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted. All quotations and supporting documents shall be sent via email to Jim Lewis, Contract Specialist, e-mail: james.lewis114fbb@va.gov. Submission shall be received not later than 2:00pm MST on December 24, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted. Only e-mailed quotes will be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the Governments timely receipt of their quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations and technical statements/documents are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed priced Base Plus 4 Option Years service contract.

For offerors who want more time for the close, the date and time will not be extended because this is an open market competitive Small Business Total Set-Aside. A vendor who is planning to perform the service with their own equipment and own employees, would not have an issue providing a quote in the allotted time frame.

Those who plan on subcontracting out the majority or 100% of the service may submit their quotes, but they would need to meet the limitations of subcontracting and the close date and time will not be extended. Please submit your best offer.

After quotes are submitted there is no re-negotiation on pricing after the close of the solicitation. * Amendment 1 - Extends offer due date to 01/07/2025. * Amendment 2 - Extends offer due date to 01/21/2025 to allow additional time to respond to vendor questions. * Amendment 3 - Extends offer due date to 01/30/2025, updates Period of Performance, adds Site Visit opportunity and responds to vendor questions. See attached document "36C25925Q0013 0003" for more information.
