The subsequent Contract will be a Base with Four possible Option Year(s) Contract, with a start date on or after 1 December 2024. Oklahoma City VA Medical Center is seeking a qualified contractor to provide services of DISH CABLE TV systems to the existing equipment. Background. Contract is needed to continue subscription TV services to all inpatient rooms, break rooms, admin areas, shops, etc., as needed.

This is an existing and recurring requirement that has run its course on a previous base plus 4-year contract and need to be resolicited for a new base plus 4-year contract. Scope. The scope of this work is limited to the VAMC OKC campus and does not include any associated outpatient clinics as was the case on the previous contract. The work identified is to program/maintain/troubleshoot as needed the DISH server and provide monthly subscription feed for all televisions in the VAMC OKC campus.

Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE)/Government-Furnished Information (GFI). Any DISH NETWORK hardware on-site, such as the smart box and any peripheral equipment remains property of the government but will be entrusted to the contractor with full access and permission to modify, replace, repair, etc., as needed to provide 24/7/365 operation.
