The Contractor shall provide Cost Per Test (CPT) Automated Microbiological Blood Culture and Identification/Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (ID/AST) for the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service for Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) for two VISN 19 facilities, Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (OKCVAHCS) located at 921 NE 13TH ST, Oklahoma City, OK, 73104 and the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOKVAHCS) located at 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK, 73104.
