Option Year 4: 05/01/28 04/30/29 1 YR The Oklahoma City VA Health Care System proposes to enter into a new firm-fixed-price, base plus four option year contract for ZOLL X Series Defibrillators, Z Vent Portable Ventilators, supporting equipment, and preventive maintenance. The Oklahoma City VA Health Care System currently uses ZOLL defibrillators and ventilators in the acute care setting.

The use of the ZOLL X Series defibrillator and Z Vent ventilator in the ambulance service is necessary to ensure patient safety and decrease delays in care. ZOLL branded leads/CPR electrodes are not interchangeable with any other brand defibrillator as ZOLL defibrillators are the only monitor that provides real-time CPR feedback on rate/depth/performance perfusion index and see-thru filtered CPR.

ZOLL leads/electrodes are manufactured and tested to meet ZOLL software and delivery specifications under the proprietary guidelines. Furthermore, all ZOLL Z Vent portable ventilator accessories are manufactured and tested according to Z Vent specifications only. ZOLL Medical Corporation is the only company that can provide the required equipment and preventive maintenance. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334510 and the Business Size Standard is 1250 employees.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time, Monday, February 26th, 2024. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above.
