In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the large business manufacturer, Johnson Controls, Inc., located at 507 E Michigan Street, Milwaukee Wisconsin 53202. Option Year 4: 02/01/2028 01/31/2029 1 YR Johnson Controls, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and distributor of software for the Metasys Building Automation System currently in use at the Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System. The software subscription is required and essential to ensure the continued performance of the hospital's building automation system. Accordingly, Johnson Controls, Inc. is the only firm capable of providing the required items for the current building system.

The associated North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541513 and the Business Size Standard is $37.0 Million THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time, Monday, January 22, 2024. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above.
