The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is issuing this source sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for Pest Control. This is for the Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors Contractor shall perform routine maintenance as well as monthly and annual testing as required by manufacturer and NFPA code on the Aurora Fire Pump System Model 481 located at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. All work and services shall be in accordance with National Fire Protection Association Standards (NFPA 25).
In accordance with NFPA 25, a master record of maintenance and testing shall be maintained by the Contractor for submission to the government Point of Contact (POC) upon completion of the work required by this contract. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLE VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards MAY be made. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
